3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments through secure and verified payment gateways. In case of a failed payment, the order will not be processed.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer PAN India shipping. Delivery timelines vary based on location. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to eligibility. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Final Sale or Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers may need to arrange return shipping in case the pickup is unsuccessful. 6. Store Credit & Refunds
Store credit is valid for one year and can only be used on full-price items. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. If an order was placed using a discount or free shipping, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
